Affected by tidal fluctuations and cargo loading & unloading, the gap and height difference between ship and shore keep changing. Traditional fixed gangways feature non-adjustable length with poor adaptability, and they occupy plenty of space during transportation and storage. Targeting such industry pain points, our factory independently developed this nested sliding-rail telescopic gangway, delivering a reliable solution for personnel transit between ship and shore.

Our gangway adopts a high-strength truss structure, balancing structural rigidity and lightweight performance. Treads are covered with anti-slip patterned steel plates, and full safety railings are installed on both sides to fully guarantee the safety of crew and staff. Mobile castors are fitted at the bottom for flexible relocation and quick adjustment of boarding positions. The gangway consists of multi-stage nested ladder sections equipped with precision internal sliding rails. Complicated hydraulic mechanisms are not required; length adjustment can be completed manually with ease.

When idle for storage, all ladder sections slide inward and stack compactly, greatly reducing overall dimensions and saving space on dock warehouses and vessel decks. For boarding operations, operators unlock the limit device and pull the front ladder section outward. The ladder frame extends smoothly along the rails. Lock it securely after adjusting to fit the ship-shore gap on site, and a stable and safe passage can be quickly set up. Upon completion of work, release the lock and push the ladder section inward. The frame retracts and stacks step by step along the slide rails, returning to the compact storage state for easy transfer and storage.

All production procedures, from raw material selection, frame welding to finished product assembly, are completed in our factory with strict process control at every link.
