Walking into our factory's coating workshop, the circular suspended rail spraying production line keeps running continuously. The marine aluminum alloy door & window covers hanging on the line have just finished spraying and are undergoing air-drying while being transported. Reliable automated coating technology is critical for marine outfitting parts to resist high salt spray corrosion at sea and extend service life.

Marine operating environments suffer severe salt spray erosion. Poor coating processes will easily lead to paint peeling and oxidation of aluminum alloy components. Our factory has invested in a complete set of large-scale suspended rail coating equipment. An annular heavy-duty transport rail is installed on the top of the workshop. Aluminum alloy door & window covers are suspended by special hangers and transported sequentially along the track. Workpieces are conveyed to the spraying station for painting. After spraying, they move out with the rail and undergo natural air-drying along the circulation path, which is exactly the working status shown in the photos.

All workpieces are fully suspended without contact or shelter. The front, back, frame and inner grooves of the covers can be dried evenly. Compared with stacking flatly, this method effectively prevents scratches and adhesion of fresh paint film, reduces surface defects caused by dust, and ensures smooth and even paint surfaces. After air-drying, workpieces will be transported along the rail to the drying and curing oven. High-temperature curing enables the coating to bond tightly with the aluminum alloy substrate and form a dense, firm anti-corrosion protective layer.
