LiFa Propeller – Large Bronze Alloy Propeller Production Update

Today, a custom large four-blade nickel-aluminum bronze propeller from LiFa Propeller completed rough machining and transportation, ready for subsequent precision polishing and dynamic balance testing. Customized exclusively for our overseas client, this large propeller is produced in strict accordance with the customer's full set of drawing specifications via mature casting and CNC machining processes. Core technical parameters including blade rake, pitch and taper are precisely controlled to guarantee qualified propulsion performance.
Cast from high-strength nickel-aluminum bronze alloy, the propeller features outstanding seawater corrosion resistance, superior anti-cavitation property and great mechanical strength, suitable for long-term complex navigation conditions of ocean-going vessels. The optimized blade profile effectively lowers navigation vibration, cuts energy consumption and improves the ship's propulsion efficiency. Every procedure from mold development, integral casting, heat treatment to blade surface finishing is standardized and controlled to meet strict operational requirements of ocean-going ships.

For this overseas customized project, LiFa's technical team maintained continuous communication with the client to fully implement technical requirements, material standards and inspection specifications on the drawings. The production plan was optimized according to the vessel's main engine parameters and sailing waters, balancing durability and operational stability. LiFa Propeller owns full-cycle manufacturing capacity to undertake customized marine propellers of various diameters and blade quantities for cargo ships, workboats, tugs and other vessels. We support inspections in line with requirements of major classification societies. All processes including casting, CNC machining, precision grinding and dynamic balance test can be completed in-house.
Currently, the propeller is ready for transportation. Fine surface processing and performance testing will be carried out next.
