From the moment the customer confirmed the requirements to the completion of finished product packaging, we completed the entire production process of this custom propeller in just 25 days. Now, it rests quietly in a custom wooden crate at our factory, ready to begin its journey to Tunisia.

In this short period, we completed all processes including drawing confirmation, raw material casting, precision machining, non-destructive testing, and dynamic balancing calibration. Material is the foundation of propeller quality. This propeller is forged from high-performance C630AlBz aluminum bronze (Cu3 alloy). Upon raw material arrival, we conduct component testing via XRF spectrometers to ensure the precise ratio of copper, iron, aluminum, nickel and other elements meets the strict classification society requirements for high strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. After casting, the blade surfaces are precisely milled by 5-axis CNC equipment, with every curve and cut matching the design drawings exactly. Subsequent dynamic balancing tests eliminate minor imbalances, ensuring smooth operation, reduced energy consumption and noise during high-speed rotation.

To ensure safe passage across the sea, we adopted customized wooden crate packaging: the blades are wrapped in stretch film layer by layer, with red protective strips installed on the edges to prevent damage from bumps during transportation, ensuring it reaches the customer in perfect condition.
