High Wear-Resistant Nickel-Aluminum Bronze 4-Blade Marine Propeller Introduction

The picture shows two integrated nickel-aluminum bronze 4-blade propellers stacked together, our mainstream mass-produced propulsion fittings. They are suitable for various transport vessels, work boats, offshore fishing boats and medium & small cargo ships, balancing propulsion efficiency, structural strength and long-term seawater corrosion resistance, widely applied in new ship construction and vessel refitting projects.

The whole propeller is integrally cast from high-purity nickel-aluminum bronze alloy without splicing or welding gaps. Its uniform and dense internal metal structure inherently resists seawater salt spray erosion, sediment abrasion and cavitation corrosion generated during high-speed operation. It avoids blade cracks and surface pitting during long-term offshore and ocean voyages, extending service life greatly and cutting the frequency of maintenance and replacement for ship owners. The blade edges are wrapped with red protective edging, and the whole finished propeller is covered with protective film to prevent bumps and scratches during storage and logistics, protecting the precision of finely machined curved surfaces.
The curved surfaces of 4 blades are optimized and adjusted via computational fluid dynamics simulation. The disc area ratio, blade camber and blade tip thickness are repeatedly tested through hydraulic trials. Compared with ordinary 3-blade propellers, this design delivers more stable thrust, drastically reduces cavitation, hull vibration and noise during navigation, which protects matching components such as stern shafts and rudders while improving crew comfort at sea. The optimized hydrodynamic profile cuts fuel consumption by 5% to 20%, effectively controlling vessels' fuel costs for long-term operation and complying with marine energy conservation and emission reduction standards.
The propeller body is fully precision milled by 5-axis CNC equipment with strictly controlled dimensional tolerances for hub bore and keyways. Every finished unit undergoes professional dynamic balance inspection to meet standards of major classification societies. It fits tightly with shaft systems after installation without eccentric shaking. Customization of diameter, pitch and rotation direction is available according to vessel tonnage and main engine parameters, and complete sets of shaft accessories are supplied from our factory to realize one-stop procurement.

Full classification society certificates including CCS, BV, RINA and ABS can be issued for all 4-blade propellers to satisfy acceptance specifications of shipyards and ship owners worldwide.
