Fixed Windows & Sliding Windows For Client’s RORO Ferry Project

Our self-developed and manufactured marine fixed windows and sliding windows have completed customized design and drawing confirmation, tailor-made for the RORO ferry project of Indonesian clients. At present, the products are being arranged for production in strict accordance with classification society standards and will soon enter mass production preparation.

As ro-ro ferries undertake both vehicle and passenger transportation and sail in complex sea conditions, they set extremely high standards for marine windows in terms of watertightness, airtightness, wind and wave resistance, corrosion resistance and fire safety performance. Combining the hull structure, cabin layout and sea working conditions of the ferry, our technical team designed a professional window solution for the client.

Marine fixed windows adopt high-strength integrated aluminum alloy window frames matched with marine dedicated tempered glass. Featuring stable structure, strong impact resistance and sophisticated integral sealing technology, they deliver excellent watertight, sound insulation, heat insulation and anti-ultraviolet performance. They are widely used in ferry passenger cabins, public corridors and side lighting areas with simple and elegant appearance matching the overall interior style of the vessel.

Marine sliding windows are designed with professional slide rail structure for smooth and easy opening and closing. Equipped with multi-layer waterproof sealing strips and independent drainage structure, they ensure flexible ventilation and viewing while fully meeting marine weathertight requirements. They are mainly applied to wheelhouse control rooms, crew cabins and working compartments, balancing practicality and safety performance.

All window types are designed and developed in strict compliance with SOLAS regulations and classification society inspection standards. Raw materials are strictly selected, and the whole production follows standardized technological procedures. Every product will pass watertight test, salt spray corrosion test, structural strength test and other inspections before delivery, to ensure adaptability to harsh marine navigation environments.

At present, technical parameters, dimensions and surface colors of the project can be customized according to the client's hull requirements, and all preparation work is progressing smoothly.
