Indonesian Clients Visit Our Propeller Manufacturing Factory

Recently, a delegation of professional ship clients from Indonesia paid a special visit to our marine propeller manufacturing factory for an on-site tour and technical business communication. The guests visited our raw material warehouse, casting workshop, CNC machining workshop, dynamic balance inspection area and finished product exhibition area one after another. Accompanied by our staff, they were given a detailed introduction to the whole standardized production process of marine propellers, including material selection, mould forming, precision casting, 5-axis CNC finishing, PT dye penetration inspection, non-destructive testing and dynamic balance calibration.

The visiting clients focused on material performance, production capacity, quality control standards, and our customized R&D capability for various bulk carriers, fishing vessels and ro-ro ferries. They also enquired in detail about product energy-saving efficiency, specification parameters, delivery time and classification society certification qualifications. The clients spoke highly of our advanced production equipment, standardized workshop management and strict quality inspection system, and recognized our professional strength and industry reputation in the R&D and manufacturing of marine propellers.
