Today, the custom medium-sized marine propeller for our Dubai-based client was successfully completed, inspected, packaged, and loaded for shipment from our factory. Made of Grade A Cu3 copper alloy, this propeller is a high-efficiency propulsion model tailored specifically for the client's workboat/utility vessel. It is manufactured in strict accordance with classification society standards, delivering strong thrust and excellent fuel efficiency to effectively reduce operational fuel consumption.

From the initial confirmation of technical parameters and hydrodynamic design optimization, to casting, precision machining, dynamic balancing, and PT inspection, the entire production process follows rigorous quality control standards. To guarantee safety during long-distance transportation, the propeller is securely packed in a reinforced wooden crate, clearly marked with international shipping labels such as "This Way Up", "Keep Dry", and "Fragile", and transported by a dedicated freight truck to prevent any damage during transit.
