Supported by reinforced simple tool brackets, the propeller can rotate freely without high-precision professional balancing machines for pre-screening before formal classification society tests. Our operator turns the propeller gently to compare weight differences among four blades by observing natural sinking amplitude. Blades with obvious overweight will be slightly polished in advance to reduce correction workload on static balance equipment and avoid rework.

While rotating, full 360° visual inspection is carried out simultaneously. Workers check polishing surfaces, casting defects, scratches and key dimensional parameters of every blade. It is merely a pre-screen process instead of official certified balance test. After rough inspection, the propeller will be sent to professional balancing workshop for standard static balance calibration and dynamic balance test under vessel operating speed, with certified test reports issued for global ship compliance.
