For custom orders, customers only need to fill out our dedicated propeller design form. Based on real-vessel parameters including engine power, designed speed, draft and operating waters, our team optimizes blade contour, pitch and disc area ratio to tailor fuel-saving and high-efficiency propellers perfectly matching your vessel's working condition, cutting fuel consumption and boosting propulsion efficiency fundamentally.

All incoming raw bronze materials are sourced from certified qualified suppliers and inspected batch by batch to guarantee stable raw material quality. Intermediate-frequency melting combined with vacuum degassing effectively removes inclusions and dissolved gas for dense casting microstructure. Physical-pattern loam sand casting ensures sound rough castings free from porosity, shrinkage and slag inclusion.

All castings undergo professional stress-relief heat treatment to stabilize metallographic structure and improve resistance against deformation and fatigue crack under long-term marine service. Strict multi-stage inspections including full NDT on critical sections, full dimensional verification, pitch calibration as well as static and dynamic balance tests are carried out to deliver smooth-blade propellers with low vibration and guaranteed energy-saving performance.

Final fine polishing plus passivation treatment greatly improves resistance against seawater corrosion and cavitation for harsh saltwater working environments.

We assist clients in applying for certifications from major classification societies and supply complete documentation such as material certificates and NDT reports to facilitate domestic shipyard fitting, overseas export, classification survey and customs clearance.
