Our Factory: Core Component Supplier For Marine Power Systems, Serving Global Shipping With Precision
Oct 28, 2025
In the core industrial chain of marine power systems, our factory focuses on the R&D and production of key components. With exquisite manufacturing techniques and strict quality control, we provide three core products-main engines, transmission shafting, and propellers-to the global marine industry, emerging as a vital force driving efficient and safe ship navigation.

EAST OCEAN PROPELLER-MAKING CO., LTD
As the "power core" of ships, our main engines cover multiple power levels to suit various types of vessels. Key components are made of high-strength alloys, and all engines undergo bench test verification, ensuring strong power output and fuel economy to provide reliable support for long-distance ship voyages.
The shafting in the transmission system acts as the "power transmission shaft" connecting the main engine and the propeller. Our shafting products include a complete range of thrust shafts, intermediate shafts, and stern shafts, playing a crucial role in marine power transmission. The coaxiality, strength, and sealing performance of the shafting directly affect power transmission efficiency and ship safety. To address this, we use corrosion-resistant steel and precision forging technology, ensure ultra-high precision of bearing mating surfaces through CNC machining equipment, and equip high-performance stern shaft sealing devices to effectively prevent seawater leakage. Before leaving the factory, each set of shafting undergoes strict dynamic balance testing to ensure no vibration, low noise during operation, minimize power loss, and efficiently transmit the mechanical energy of the main engine to the propulsion end.

The propeller in the propulsion system serves as the "navigation propulsor" of the ship, and its performance directly determines the ship's thrust and navigation stability. Relying on advanced hydrodynamic design technology, we optimize the blade surface shape according to ship types and navigation needs. The propellers are made of corrosion-resistant copper alloys or high-strength steel, with precise blade forming achieved through five-axis machining centers. After processing, each propeller undergoes hydrodynamic test verification to ensure sufficient thrust at different speeds while reducing water flow disturbance and navigation noise. Whether it is fixed-pitch propellers suitable for medium and low-speed cargo ships or controllable-pitch propellers meeting the needs of frequent starting, stopping, and steering, our propellers have become the preferred choice for many shipyards and ship maintenance enterprises due to their excellent propulsion efficiency and durability.

With in-depth expertise in core marine power components, our products are widely used in new ship construction and ship maintenance & modification. We not only provide batch supporting services for shipbuilding enterprises but also solve equipment upgrading and fault repair problems for ship operators. In the future, we will continue to focus on technological innovation, continuously improve product performance and quality, contribute higher-quality core power components to the global marine industry, and help ships navigate more efficiently and safely.
