We've received real installation photos from our overseas client. The Lifa Cap Fin matched with the vessel propeller has been fully mounted and officially put into navigation. This on-site picture fully shows our matching performance of cap fins and main propellers. Installed at the end of the propeller hub, the cap fin works synchronously with the propeller, perfectly fitting the vessel power system. Its exquisite polishing and precise casting can be clearly seen from the finished real shot.

Our cap fin is integrally cast from high-corrosion-resistant nickel-aluminum bronze, the same C630 bronze alloy as main propellers. Consistent thermal expansion coefficient avoids assembly gaps or loosening after long-term seawater operation. Standard production procedures are strictly followed: precision clay sand casting, rough grinding for profile correction, pre-balance inspection and multi-stage fine polishing. Smooth fin surfaces without burrs are customized according to vessel working conditions, free of casting defects.

When sailing, strong vortex forms behind the propeller hub, wasting huge kinetic energy, increasing fuel consumption, cavitation, hull vibration and underwater noise. Lifa cap fin breaks concentrated hub vortex and reorganizes turbulent wake flow to recover lost thrust power. It cuts fuel consumption by 6%-18%, reduces cavitation and vibration, and extends the service life of propellers and shaft systems.
