Every marine propeller manufactured by LIFA PROPELLER undergoes a complete, rigorous and standardized pre-shipment quality inspection procedure. Adhering to a quality-oriented principle, we control every production detail from the source to ensure that all delivered products feature stable performance, precise dimensions and reliable safety, fully complying with marine operating conditions and technical drawing requirements.

Material quality is the fundamental guarantee for the durability and safety of marine propellers, and it serves as the core inspection link of LIFA PROPELLER's factory quality control. To eliminate hidden risks such as inconsistent materials and substandard composition from the source, we abandon traditional manual verification methods and exclusively adopt XRF spectrometer non-destructive testing technology to conduct accurate composition screening for raw materials and finished propellers, building the first line of defense for product quality. Based on precise X-ray fluorescence analysis principles, the XRF spectrometer requires no product damage or complex sample pretreatment. It can complete qualitative and quantitative detection of key alloy elements including copper, manganese, nickel and zinc within seconds, accurately measure material component proportions, and effectively identify various professional marine alloys such as manganese bronze and nickel-aluminum bronze in line with marine industry material standards. The whole testing process is non-destructive and fully preserves the structural and visual integrity of propellers. All test data can be recorded in real time and fully traced, completely avoiding common industry problems such as material adulteration, composition deviation and grade inconsistency. This ensures that the raw material purity and alloy ratio of every propeller fully meet the material requirements specified in customer contracts and drawings, fundamentally guaranteeing the corrosion resistance, high strength and impact resistance of propellers to adapt to complex marine operating conditions. After accurate material composition verification, our technicians re-measure key geometric parameters including propeller diameter, pitch, section thickness, chord length and hub taper against official drawings in strict accordance with national tolerance standards for marine propellers to ensure overall dimensional accuracy.

To eliminate potential internal defects of products, we conduct penetrant non-destructive testing, focusing on stress-concentrated key areas such as blade roots, blade transition zones and propeller hubs to detect tiny cracks and internal flaws, comprehensively ensuring structural strength and operational safety. After passing flaw detection, every propeller undergoes a professional dynamic balance test to calibrate balance accuracy, effectively reducing vibration and noise during high-speed navigation and improving sailing stability and service life of the equipment.

Upon completion of all inspection procedures, we will double-check all order information, including the number of blades, rotation direction, opening direction, material specifications and technical parameters, to ensure full consistency with customer contracts and drawings and eliminate order errors and omissions. After passing all quality inspections, the propellers will be professionally cleaned, rust-proof treated and packed with multi-layer anti-collision materials to avoid abrasion and collision damage during transportation.
