Indonesian Client Team Visits Lifa Propeller Factory, Highly Praises Our A-Class Process Standards

Recently, a client team from Indonesia paid a special visit to Zhoushan Donghai Propeller Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for a full-day on-site inspection of our propeller production base. The purpose of this visit was to gain an in-depth understanding of our A-class process capabilities, quality control systems, and customized service capabilities, laying a solid foundation for future in-depth cooperation.

Accompanied by the company's management and technical backbone, the client team toured our foundry workshop, CNC machining center, dynamic balancing testing area, and finished goods warehouse. They gained a detailed overview of our full-process quality control and A-class craftsmanship, from the melting and precision casting of Grade A Cu3/Cu1 copper alloys, through 5-axis machining, non-destructive testing, to the final static and dynamic balancing tests. On-site, our technical team provided professional and detailed answers to the client's questions about propeller materials, blade profile optimization, anti-corrosion processes, and energy efficiency, while discussing customized propeller optimization solutions based on their actual vessel requirements.

In the finished product exhibition area, the Indonesian team showed great interest in our range of high-power marine propellers and special thrusters manufactured to A-class process standards. They were particularly impressed to learn that Lifa propellers use Grade A Cu3/Cu1 materials combined with high-precision A-class manufacturing processes, which not only offer excellent corrosion resistance and high strength but also can be customized according to vessel operating conditions to achieve up to 20% improvement in fuel efficiency. The client highly praised our products, noting that as an archipelagic nation where ships are the main mode of transport, durable and efficient propellers are critical to controlling operational costs-and our product philosophy and A-class process strength fully meet their core needs.
