With years of experience in shaft manufacturing, our factory strictly controls raw material quality from the source, selecting high-strength special forged steel for marine use. Professional forging and quenching and tempering heat treatment processes are adopted to optimize the metallographic structure of steel and completely eliminate the internal stress of shaft parts. The finished shaft products are endowed with high strength, deformation resistance, wear resistance and seawater corrosion resistance, perfectly adapting to various complex offshore navigation and operation scenarios.

In the core machining process, our factory adopts heavy-duty special lathes and customized tooling fixtures for refined production. For slender shaft products such as tail shafts, the center frame auxiliary support process is applied to effectively avoid common industrial problems including machining chattering and bending deformation of long shafts. All processes are finely operated by senior technicians, including precision turning of shaft bearing positions, finishing of mating surfaces, and high-precision thread cutting at the propeller connecting end.
