Traditional manual welding is easily affected by many factors such as welders' physical condition, operation skills and workshop environment. During long-hour continuous work, welding defects including uneven weld width, weld beads, blowholes and slag inclusions often occur. Marine outfitting components work under complex marine operating conditions for a long time. If there are flaws on welding joints, the subsequent repair work will be time-consuming and labor-intensive, and even bring potential safety hazards. This automatic welding machine can be programmed in advance with preset welding paths, current and voltage parameters, so the whole welding process remains stable and controllable. It delivers consistent welding arc output with the welding torch moving at a constant speed. The weld bead is smooth and neat with uniform penetration. The consistency of finished welds is far better than manual welding. For outfitting components such as marine door frames, the machine can continuously complete long weld seams and reduce welding defects caused by intermittent stops. It greatly cuts down subsequent grinding and rework workload. While improving production efficiency, it ensures the structural strength of welded joints from the source and meets strict welding specifications for marine products.

In terms of production control, Chen Lifa outfitting always puts product quality first and has established a complete full-process inspection procedure. Raw materials will undergo material verification upon arrival. After cutting, dimensions will be rechecked before entering the automatic welding process. After welding, we inspect weld appearance piece by piece, conduct non-destructive testing when necessary, followed by grinding correction and final dimension recheck. Inspection records are kept for every procedure to achieve traceable quality control throughout the whole process.
在生产管控上,陈利发舾装件始终将产品品质放在首位,建立了一套完整的全工序检验流程.原材料进厂先完成材质核验,下料切割后复核尺寸精度,再进入自动化焊接工序;焊接完工后逐件检查焊缝外观,按需开展无损检测,再进行打磨校正与成品尺寸复核,每一道工序均留存检验记录,实现全程质量可追溯.

Throughout the whole order progress, we maintain efficient communication with customers to fully understand the technical drawings, on-site operating conditions and delivery schedule provided by clients. We keep tracking the processing progress during production and actively update customers with on-site production status.
