The production of the custom-ordered marine propellers for the Russian client is progressing smoothly and systematically. Currently, the four propellers have completed the shaping process and have officially entered the critical polishing stage. We are strictly adhering to the client's confirmed drawings and specifications, controlling every detail with precision to ensure that the product quality fully meets the client's requirements.

Since receiving this order, we have attached great importance to it. We have strictly followed the client's confirmed drawings, material requirements, and international classification society standards to carry out each production process in an orderly manner. From the selection of raw materials, precise casting, to CNC milling and forming, every link is strictly controlled by our technical team. We fully implement the Class A quality standards, ensuring that the dimensional accuracy and structural strength of the propellers completely comply with the client's demands, while guaranteeing durability and hydrodynamic performance to ensure a service life of over 10 years.

At this stage, the four propellers have finished the forming processing and officially entered the polishing stage. As a key step to enhance the product's appearance texture and ensure performance, we have arranged experienced technicians to operate professional polishing equipment. They are carefully polishing every detail of the propeller blades, hub, and other surfaces. The technicians are patient and meticulous, leaving no room for imperfection. They strive to make the surface of the propeller smooth and flat, which not only improves the product's aesthetics but also reduces water resistance during ship navigation, further optimizing energy-saving effects. At the same time, it enhances the propeller's corrosion and wear resistance, making it suitable for the Russian client's shipping scenarios.

The polishing work is currently progressing steadily.
