Introduction To The Qualifications And Market Advantages Of Our Factory's Marine Products

Oct 16, 2025

Our factory has been deeply engaged in the marine products field, with compliance and high quality as the core competitiveness. At present, our marine products have officially obtained certifications from the China Classification Society (CCS) and Registro Italiano Navale (RINA).

In terms of the certification process, during the CCS certification, our products underwent a full-process inspection including design drawing review, production process verification, and finished product performance testing. The on-site survey photos clearly record the surveyors' on-site inspection of the product's welding quality, structural strength, and corrosion resistance. Finally, it was confirmed that the products fully meet the requirements of the Technical Rules for Statutory Survey of Sea-Going Ships Navigating in Domestic Waters and CCS specifications. During the RINA certification, in accordance with the standards for products adapting to international ships, the surveyors focused on supervising the factory acceptance test, raw material traceability system, and quality control process. The corresponding photos fully show the key links such as the verification of equipment operation parameters and the sampling analysis of materials, ensuring that the products meet the EU maritime standards and the ship classification requirements in the Mediterranean region.

Relying on the dual certifications of CCS and RINA, our products have significant advantages in market competition. In the domestic market, the CCS certification serves as the core qualification support for our products to cooperate with Chinese shipowners and major domestic shipyards (such as Jiangnan Shipyard and Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding). Customers can directly apply the products to new ship construction or maintenance projects of operational ships without additional compliance supplementary testing, which greatly shortens the project cycle. In the international market, the RINA certification provides a "trust endorsement" for our products to enter Europe, the Mediterranean, and some regions in South America. Especially when cooperating with overseas customers such as Greek shipping companies and Fincantieri Shipyard (Italy), our products can quickly pass the qualification verification, reducing the market access cost. Moreover, the retained on-site survey photos further show the rigor of the inspection process to customers intuitively, strengthening their trust in the product quality.

It is worth noting that the CCS and RINA certifications are an important step in our factory's qualification layout. With the existing mature production control system and stable product quality standards, our products also have the quality foundation to apply for certifications from other international authoritative classification societies such as Bureau Veritas (BV) and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS). From the strict selection of raw material procurement, to the refined control in the production process, and then to the comprehensive inspection of finished products before delivery, all have met the core quality requirements for certifications from international classification societies. In the follow-up, our factory will officially promote the BV and ABS certification work. Among them, the BV certification will focus on meeting the ship needs in the West African and Middle Eastern markets, and the ABS certification will focus on the access standards of the American market. After all certifications are completed, our products will achieve full coverage of qualifications in major global ship operation regions, further enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness in the international marine products market and providing more adaptable high-quality products for domestic and foreign customers.
