In terms of production process, our factory strictly controls every process: from raw material cutting and forging forming to precision milling and surface polishing of blades, all operations are performed using CNC machining equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy and appearance quality. After forming, non-destructive testing is conducted to comprehensively check for possible tiny internal defects, and salt spray corrosion testing is also carried out to verify corrosion resistance. Only when all indicators meet the standards will it enter the subsequent packaging process.

In terms of packaging and delivery, this propeller is a large-sized component and will be packaged in strict accordance with our factory's packaging specifications for large propellers: first, a customized steel frame is welded for fixation, a 3 cm thick rubber pad is pasted on the inner side of the frame to protect the surface, then the entire propeller is covered with a double-layer PVC waterproof canvas and sealed with metal buckles, and 4 universal load-bearing wheels are installed at the bottom to facilitate loading and unloading. During delivery, supporting materials such as product inspection reports and installation instructions will also be provided to offer customers comprehensive services, ensuring the product is safely delivered and smoothly put into use.
