Heavy Industry Newsletter: Delivery Of Rudder Stock And Rudder Blade Order To Indonesia

Recently, relying on our mature technology and strict quality control, our factory successfully completed a customized order for 3 sets of rudder stocks and rudder blades for a well-known Indonesian shipbuilder. The products passed inspection by the Indonesian Classification Bureau (BKI) and customer acceptance, meeting international maritime standards and navigation requirements in Indonesian archipelagos, and were delivered on schedule.

This batch of products will be used in the customer's 5,000-ton multi-purpose cargo ships (suitable for complex sea conditions in Indonesian archipelagos). During production, our factory ensured quality through full-process quality control: raw materials were accompanied by bilingual inspection reports, key processes underwent laser testing, and finished products received non-destructive testing (UT/MT) jointly with BKI.

A project manager from the customer stated, "Your factory has fast response and high precision, and its durability design has shortened the general assembly cycle. We plan to purchase additional supporting products such as reamed hole bolts and rudder carrier brackets in the future."
