BV Third-Party Inspection Report

Today, surveyors from Bureau Veritas (BV) visited our factory to conduct professional third-party inspection on a batch of propeller boss cap fins to be exported to Malaysia.

The inspected propeller boss cap fins are high-efficiency energy-saving marine accessories installed on ship propellers. They can eliminate hub vortex, reduce fuel consumption and improve the overall sailing efficiency of vessels. In strict accordance with BV classification society standards, the inspector completed a full set of inspection procedures, including material certificate verification, product dimension measurement, appearance inspection, non-destructive testing review and finished product quality assessment.

During the inspection, our technical team accompanied throughout the whole process. We explained in detail the production flow, material specifications, machining technology and dynamic balance test data, and gave professional responses to all technical inquiries raised by the surveyor. Our strict production management, complete quality control system and standardized finished document archives were fully recognized by the inspector.
